Timothy Flynn, LMHC

Tim joined EAP after two and half years as an inpatient therapist at Iowa Lutheran Hospital's Behavioral Health unit. He received his Master's degree in 2014 from Drake University after completing internships at Powell Chemical Dependency Center and Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services.
Tim has experience working with depression, anxiety, communication problems, work stress, life transitions, trauma, emotional intensity, gender identity, relationship issues as well as substance abuse and addiction. 
Tim Flynn believes human connection provides a safe place and an ear to speak painful truth. He enjoys connecting with and helping people in emotional pain, while identifying strengths and building from positivies.
