Why did you become a physician?
I wanted to serve my community and improve population health.
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy?
My role is to help the body heal itself.
What type of care/clinical interests are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about breastfeeding medicine, helping families overcome obstacles and feed their children. I am also interested in LGBTQ health and transgender medicine.
Why did you choose your specialty?
Family medicine gives me the ability to work with individuals and their loved ones, across all phases of life. I enjoy the day-to-day variety in family medicine.

Patient-centered, compassionate, holistic
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
Helping my patients set and reach their own health goals.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice?
I like to do a lot of patient education so patients can understand the 'why' behind their illness, medications, and health.
