Rachel Ihde

Rachel Ihde, ARNP is a family medicine provider with a focus on chronic disease management, including diabetes, congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She brings 23 years of nursing experience to her role and is passionate about patient education, helping individuals understand their conditions and feel confident in managing their health. Ihde earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and her nurse practitioner degree from Creighton University. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
