Mahmoud Tayash, MD

Dr. Tayash completed his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Benghazi in Libya. After completing his medical degree, Dr. Tayash was a general surgery resident at the University of Benghazi College of Medicine and St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Directly following his residencies, Dr. Tayash completed a bariatric fellowship at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Tayash has a special interest in weight loss surgery and is excited to help patients reach their individual goals. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and children.
