Josie Rutherford, CNM, ARNP

As a certifed nurse midwife (CNM) Josie specializes in women's health and obstetrics. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing followed by additional training with the midwife services group at Blank Children's Hospital.

"Midwives are a lifetime partner in a patient's health journey. I get to provide care for women through all phases of life - from puberty, to childbirth, and through menopause. I always want my patients to look back on their encounter with me feeling like they were supported, well-informed and empowered in their healthcare decisions."

Josie also sees OB patients for pre-natal and post-natal care and gynecology services at UnityPoint Health - Grinnell's women's health outreach at the UnityPoint Health - Marshalltown Multi-Specialty Clinic.
