Jennifer Johnson, ARNP

Jennifer Johnson, ARNP, is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She is committed to continuous learning and using evidence-based care to help improve the quality of life for her patients and the communities she serves.

Jennifer began her career with UnityPoint Health as a healthcare technician and nurse and has returned to the organization for more than three years. She considers UnityPoint Health a second home and values the opportunity to care for patients and work alongside colleagues who feel like family.

Jennifer believes in building strong provider-patient relationships through open communication, attentive listening and shared decision-making. She takes the time to understand each patient's concerns and works with them to develop a plan of care that meets their individual needs. She strives to make every patient feel heard, supported and cared for.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, crafting with her children, golfing and tackling DIY projects.
