Dr. George Clavenna received medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. He completed an internship and his residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Detroit, MI.
Dr. Clavenna has been recognized as a national leader in the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine and has spent the last 32 years at Des Moines University seeing patients for External/Corneal disease, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Oculoplastics, and Cataracts. Dr. Clavenna is board-certified in Opthamology by the National Board of Osteopathic Examiners.
