Erin Rossmanith, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Born and raised in the Fort Dodge area, Erin Rossmanith, ARNP, PMHNP, brings 25 years of dedicated nursing experience to her new role as a as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at UnityPoint Health - Berryhill Center. With a decade of experience as a school nurse, she has a deep understanding of the needs of children, adolescents and families in our community. She is passionate about supporting young people facing depression, anxiety and behavioral challenges that create barriers in their day-to-day lives. Patients describe her as compassionate, an excellent listener and someone who is honest, dedicated and deeply committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. Her medical philosophy centers on holistic care and collaboration—working closely with families, schools and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, individualized support.

Beyond her clinical work, Erin is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the YWCA Substance Abuse Treatment Center and as a School Board Member for St. Edmond Catholic School. She joined UnityPoint Health after a positive and supportive practicum experience at the Berryhill Center and is excited to continue serving the region she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and traveling with her husband and two sons.
