To improve patient's quality of life and support good discussions on goals of care.

What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients?

Be proactive on advanced care planning. It has become an important part of healthcare. It fosters good communication between patients, families and the healthcare team on goals and wishes regarding medical decisions. 

What would you like your patients to know about you?

If my free time, I love spending time with family.
