Why did you become a physician/provider?
As a child, I always loved science and learning how the body works, so I decided to become a doctor.
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy?
As a neonatologist, I believe that it is my duty to help babies heal and grow the best way they can with the least intervention.
What type of care/clinical interests are you most passionate about?
I am interested in neonatal resuscitation and nutrition.
Why did you choose your specialty?
I chose neonatology because I have a special sensitivity for the youngest patients and their families.
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients?
The qualities that best describe my care of patients are quiet and thoughtful consideration.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
I am driven every day to help people live better lives.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice?
I am dedicated to my patients and their families and apply all of my knowledge and experience so that they have the best possible outcome.
