Prior to my career in Family Medicine, I spent 6 years as an ICU nurse specializing in both adults and pediatrics. I came across many patients that were hospitalized due to preventable diseases or injuries and made it my mission to help provide much needed access to primary care. My favorite part about caring for people is taking the time to build a positive provider-patient relationship and create a health plan that works best for the patient.
