Blake Randolph, ARNP

Blake Randolph has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. His nursing experience includes intensive care, emergency and flight nursing. He graduated from Purdue University with his Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Blake went on to attend Indiana University for his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and his Master’s Degree in Nursing. Prior to joining the team, he worked in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and urgent care.

Blake was born and raised in Indiana. He and his wife have three children between them. Blake enjoys RVing with his family, riding motorcycles, kayaking, camping and reading.
