Why did you become a physician/provider?
I've always had an interest in brain health/psychology and decided to pursue becoming a therapist after working in the human service field with both children and geriatrics.

Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
My passion is to help others find the tools and healing to become their best authentic selves.

What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice?
I first focus on developing a safe, open and honest therapeutic relationship with patients so we can work towards their treatment goals together. I'm trauma-informed and utilize a multitude of therapeutic approaches to best meet my patients' needs.

Non-judgmental, open and empathic
