About Anne-Kathrin Reuter

Professional Statement

Anne-Kathrin Reuter, PA-C, MPAS, grew up in Regensburg, Germany, and moved to Manson, Iowa in 2006. Her career began as a dietetic intern at Trinity Regional Medical Center, followed by work as an inpatient dietitian. She also served as a public health dietitian, focusing on the WIC program. Now as a physician assistant, she builds on her background in nutrition and patient care.

“Helping patients achieve optimal wellness through evidence-based medicine and nutritional education drives my work,” says Reuter. “I focus on patient-centered, heartfelt care that includes everyone. I love to learn, and medicine allows for a never-ending journey of giving to others.”

Her professional interests include women’s health and caring for patients with chronic illness or nutrition-related concerns, such as long-term tube-feeding needs or malnutrition. Reuter is a dietitian with specialized training in enteral (tube feeding) and parenteral nutrition and has experience working with patients who rely on long-term tube-feeding regimens.

Outside of work, Reuter enjoys hiking fourteeners and enjoys painting and reading in German. She is the mother of three and competed in Olympic weightlifting.
